Rationale

         The concept of environmental development of our community.  The unstoppable growth of urban communities in Bangkok has caused the congestion of the population living in the community and other problems. So our team is a group of scouts living in the community. We are observed that the problem of garbage and increased violence of water pollution. From the survey, the problems and interests in environmental care of the people living in the community are few and lack of awareness of the common care. In our community, there is an ancient temple that is more than three hundred years old. There is a beautiful and precious cultural and it is a good place to learn about Buddhist history, the arts and culture which the community new generation should see in value and preserve it together. So we grouped together to carry out activities to raise awareness of the community. And find solutions problems among people in the community, other agencies, including state agencies. Together, to help the community to have a good environment both in nature and in the social environment.

Objective

1. To reduce waste and water pollution.

2. To develop learning resources in arts and culture. Promote learning and culture to the local youth. And guests

Expected or Anticipated Benefit Gain

1. People in the community do not throw waste into the water and cooperate to maintain the water resources of the community.

2. Youth and people in the community have knowledge about cultural resources and participate in the conservation of local arts and culture.

3. The community has a better environment. Love and cherish the local arts and culture.

Work Procedure

The 1^st teams tackle waste and water problems.

          Production and expansion of bio-fermentation for use in wastewater treatment. We teach peoples of the community how to make bio-fermentation, and we have done it too. After that at the same time with the peoples of the community and we put it into the water source of the community the same time every two weeks and the campaign encourages community members to handle the waste before leaving it at the junk.

The 2^nd team develops and promotes learning about local arts and culture. 

          We Organized Walk Rallyativities, take the trip to the temple by introducing children and students who are interested after the class, which the place is cultural learning of the community. And we made the signage displays important information and builds it at Wat Rajathiwaswiharn for public information to tourism.
